  • What happens if I have entered and incorrect address?
    If you have put an incorrect address you then must make contact with us immediately. However if your order has already been posted there is nothing that we can do its out of our control.
  • How long does it take to post an order I placed?
    Please allow 3 - 5 business days for all personalised items ( some may be ready within 1 business day). All pre-made items will be posted within 1 - 2 business days. All digital downloads purchased are received instantly in your inbox. (no physical product will be posted) These are approximate estimates only. Please email us if you have an urgent order we will do our best to try and accommodate you. Please leave your name your order number an query and we will get back to you.
  • What happens if my order is missing or turns up broken?
    Please note we carefully package all our orders and triple check for any damage, broken or missing parts before posting them. We also send our items with tracking and insurance so should you encounter missing or damaged products then please contact the delivery company straight away. We will provide you with the tracking details once your order has been posted.
  • Can I can cancel my order?
    If you wish to cancel your order that you placed with us this can only be cancelled if your order has not gone to production already. So please keep this in mind when placing an order as there is every chance that you may not be able to cancel the order.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    No we do not ship internationally only Australia Wide at moment accept for Digital Downloads. Digital Downloads are world wide. As these are a digital download and go instantly to your inbox. no physical product is shipped thru postage.
  • By any chance can the order be sent straight to the recipient instead of me?
    Yes this can be done by you simply putting the recipient details in instead of yours at the time of checkout.
  • Can I get a refund or return the items?
    Please note there is no returns or refunds on any personalised gifts as these are personalised gifts especially made for you. So once production has started it will then become non refundable and non returnable.
  • What happens if my order arrives with incorrect spelling?
    Please note that we go through the process where you supply us with the spelling you would like added to the gift chosen. We then do the personalisation on a computer mock up for your approval. Before giving us your final approval you must ensure that the gift the design and the spelling are 100% correct. Once you have given the final approval your order becomes final and production will commence. If we have posted you out with information that is not exactly what you have approved we will organise either a replacement or a refund (decided by us). If we have made the exact information correct as to the final approval by you and you have not spelt something correct your end then no refunds or returns will be made.
